De meeste promptlijsten die rondgaan hebben hetzelfde probleem: de prompts zijn te kort, te algemeen en leveren precies dat saaie beeld op dat je al duizend keer hebt gezien. Deze lijst is andersom opgezet — elk van de 100 prompts hieronder heeft een volledige opbouw, met onderwerp, kadrering, omgeving, licht, stijl en technische afwerking.

Het zijn 12 categorieën: portretten, producten, landschappen, architectuur, personages, anime, filmische scènes, eten, dieren, wallpapers, social media en thumbnails. Logo's ontbreken, omdat die hun eigen regels volgen — korte prompt, eenvoudig symbool — en apart staan in 50 AI-prompts voor logo's. Alle prompts hieronder werken in elke beeldgenerator — ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Gemini, Leonardo, Ideogram of Stable Diffusion — met de kleine aanpassingen die aan het eind staan uitgelegd.

De prompts zelf staan in het Engels: daar zijn de beeldmodellen het sterkst in getraind, en zo kun je ze zonder vertaalverlies rechtstreeks kopiëren. Hoe je deze lijst gebruikt

Elke prompt is een startpunt, geen gesloten formule. Je haalt er het meeste uit door alleen het onderwerp te wisselen en de rest van de structuur intact te laten — juist het stuk over licht, lens en stijl zorgt dat het beeld er professioneel uitziet, en dat werkt vaak ook in heel andere contexten dan het origineel.

Drie dingen vooraf. Bepaal de beeldverhouding vóór je genereert, niet erna: 1:1 voor je tijdlijn, 9:16 voor stories en telefoon, 16:9 voor bureaublad en YouTube, 4:5 voor het formaat dat op Instagram het meeste scherm pakt. Gebruik een standaard negatieve prompt (er staat er een klaar aan het eind van dit artikel). En genereer altijd vier beelden tegelijk, want varianten naast elkaar beoordelen leert je veel meer dan er één voor één maken.

💡 Tip: levert een prompt het belangrijkste element van de scène niet op, zet dat element dan vooraan in de zin voordat je aan iets anders sleutelt. Woorden aan het begin van een prompt wegen zwaarder.

Prompts voor portretten en foto's van mensen (1–10)

Portretten draaien om licht en lens — er is een aparte lijst met 50 prompts voor portretten, inclusief uitgelegde lichtschema's. De combinatie van zacht zijlicht met een geringe scherptediepte doet het meeste werk. Beschrijf een concrete gezichtsuitdrukking in plaats van abstracte emoties.

Hier gelden andere regels: leesbaarheid telt zwaarder dan detail. Zie ook de gids over banners en posts voor social media maken met AI. Houd ruimte vrij voor tekst, zorg voor veel contrast en vermijd rommelige composities. De standaard negatieve prompt

Een vaste negatieve lijst haalt een groot deel van de terugkerende gebreken weg. Plak deze in het veld voor de negatieve prompt van je tool en pas hem per geval aan:

deformed hands, extra fingers, duplicated limbs, distorted face, incorrect anatomy, illegible text, watermark, signature, logo, frame, low resolution, unwanted blur, excessive noise, blown-out colours, cropped composition

Bij productfoto's voeg je overdreven weerspiegelingen, harde schaduwen en een rommelige achtergrond toe. Bij illustraties trillende lijnen en inconsistente verhoudingen. Heeft je tool geen negatief veld, formuleer de beperking dan positief in de hoofdprompt: vraag niet om "no text", maar om "clean composition, no typographic elements".

Hoe je elke prompt uit deze lijst aanpast

De prompts hierboven staan in compacte Engelse lopende tekst, het meest universele formaat. Voor het beste resultaat per tool is een kleine aanpassing de moeite waard:

Wat je met je beelden doet na het genereren

Een beeld dat uit een AI komt, is zelden meteen klaar om te publiceren. Meestal is het te zwaar, staat het in het verkeerde formaat en zijn de randen wat zacht.

Drie stappen dekken vrijwel alle gevallen. Converteer eerst naar het formaat van de bestemming — WebP voor je site, PNG als je transparantie nodig hebt, JPG om te versturen — met Converteren. Maak het bestand daarna lichter: AI-bestanden in hoge resolutie gaan makkelijk over de 5 MB heen en vertragen elke pagina, en Comprimeren haalt daar een flink deel vanaf zonder zichtbaar verschil. Kwam de generatie wat zacht uit de bus, gebruik dan tot slot Verscherpen voordat je publiceert.

Voor merkmateriaal is er nog een stap die bijna niemand zet: gebruik Kleuren Extraheren op je beste beeld en hergebruik dat palet in de rest van je content. Zo houd je beelden uit verschillende sessies visueel bij elkaar.

Werken deze prompts in elke beeld-AI?
Ja, ze zijn allemaal in een universeel formaat geschreven en werken in ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Gemini, Leonardo, Ideogram en Stable Diffusion. Alleen de fijnafstelling verschilt: conversationele tools gaan prima om met volledige zinnen, terwijl modellen die compacte beschrijvingen verwachten beter presteren als je verbindingswoorden schrapt en alleen de beeldende termen overhoudt. De onderliggende structuur blijft in beide gevallen dezelfde.
Mag ik de prompts aanpassen of moet ik ze precies zo gebruiken?
Pas ze gerust aan — daar zijn ze voor. Het meest oplevert: wissel alleen het onderwerp en laat het deel over kadrering, licht, stijl en technische afwerking intact, want dat is wat het beeld professioneel maakt. Een prompt voor een zakelijk portret werkt bijvoorbeeld vrijwel hetzelfde als je alleen het beroep en de kleding verandert.
Waarom wijkt mijn resultaat af van wat de prompt beschrijft?
Drie oorzaken dekken vrijwel alles. Je tool draait misschien op een ander model dan je denkt, met een eigen interpretatie van de tekst. Het ontbrekende element staat mogelijk te ver achteraan in de prompt, want woorden vooraan wegen zwaarder — zet het vooraan. En de beeldverhouding kan je compositie afsnijden, iets wat vaak gebeurt als je een scène die voor breedbeeld bedoeld is in 1:1 genereert.
Hoe maak je varianten van een beeld dat al goed is?
Zet de seed vast als je tool dat toestaat en verander per generatie maar één ding. Alleen het licht wijzigen, of alleen de hoek, en de rest identiek laten, levert samenhangende varianten van dezelfde scène op. Herschrijf je bij elke poging de hele prompt, dan wordt elk resultaat een nieuw beeld zonder verband met het vorige en ben je kwijt wat al goed was.
Moet ik mijn prompts in het Engels schrijven?
Het hoeft niet meer, maar het helpt nog steeds. De huidige modellen begrijpen Nederlands prima en het kwaliteitsverschil is de laatste jaren sterk geslonken. Toch zijn technische termen uit de fotografie en de kunst in het Engels veel sterker vertegenwoordigd in de trainingsdata, en daarom staan alle prompts in deze lijst in het Engels: je kunt ze zo kopiëren en plakken, zonder verlies bij het vertalen. Schrijf je liever in het Nederlands, houd dan in elk geval uitdrukkingen als bokeh, golden hour, low angle en depth of field in het Engels.
Mag ik de beelden uit deze prompts commercieel gebruiken?
Dat hangt af van de gebruiksvoorwaarden van de tool die je gebruikt en van de wetgeving in jouw land, en die regels veranderen regelmatig. Veel platforms staan commercieel gebruik toe, sommige alleen met een betaald abonnement, en weer andere beperken de auteursrechten die je op het resultaat kunt vestigen. Lees vóór je iets gebruikt voor een klant of een product dat je verkoopt altijd de voorwaarden van die specifieke tool, en vermijd prompts waarin je levende kunstenaars of merknamen noemt.
