How to use the QR Code Generator

Using the QR code generator is quick and simple. Choose the type of QR code you want to create — PIX, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi, URL or free text — and fill in the corresponding fields. Then customize the appearance: change the foreground and background colors, choose between different module styles, and add your company or brand logo to the center of the code. Finally, click "Generate QR Code" and download it as PNG (ideal for digital use and regular printing) or SVG (vector, perfect for high-resolution printing and large formats).

PIX QR Code

The PIX QR code is generated strictly following the EMV standard set by Brazil's Central Bank, ensuring full compatibility with every bank and digital wallet in the country — including Nubank, Itau, Bradesco, Caixa, Sicoob and other financial institutions. Just enter the PIX key (ID number, tax ID, email, phone, or random key), the recipient's name, the city, and optionally an amount and description. The generated code can be used for charges, menus, posters and any material where a customer needs to make a PIX payment with a single scan.

Wi-Fi QR Code

With the Wi-Fi QR code, your customers or visitors connect to the network without typing a password. Enter the network name (SSID), the password, and the security type (WPA/WPA2, WEP, or open network). The generated QR code works natively with the iPhone camera (iOS 11+) and Android, no app required. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, clinics, offices and events.

WhatsApp QR Code

The WhatsApp QR code takes the user straight into a conversation in the app, with no need to save the number to their contacts first. You can include a pre-filled message to make that first contact even easier. It is a solution widely used in customer service, support, sales and digital marketing strategies.

URL and Text QR Code

To send users to any web page, use the URL QR code — compatible with websites, landing pages, social media profiles, videos and more. The text QR code, on the other hand, shows a message directly on the device after scanning, with no internet connection needed. Every generated QR code is compatible with QR code readers on Android and iPhone smartphones, as well as industrial scanners and point-of-sale systems.

Frequently asked questions

Does the QR code expire?
Static QR codes do not expire, they work as long as the destination exists. Everything is processed in your browser, with no data sent to servers.
Does the PIX QR code work with every bank?
Yes. The payload follows the EMV standard set by Brazil's Central Bank and is compatible with every banking app that supports PIX, including Nubank, Itau, Bradesco, Caixa and other institutions.
Can I add a logo without breaking the scan?
Yes. We use error correction level H (30%), which allows up to 30% of the modules to be covered. Keep the logo between 15% and 25% of the QR code area for maximum compatibility with all readers.
Can I use it for printing?
Yes. Use 1200x1200 px or 2000x2000 px for professional printing. The SVG scales with no loss at any size.
What is the minimum recommended size for printing a QR code on packaging or a business card?
The minimum recommended size is 2x2 cm for reliable scanning with modern smartphones. For packaging scanned from further away, use at least 3x3 cm. Export as SVG to ensure sharpness at any print size with no quality loss.
How do I use a Wi-Fi QR code in a restaurant or hotel?
Fill in the SSID (network name), the password, and select WPA/WPA2. The generated QR code works natively with the iPhone camera (iOS 11+) and Android, no extra app needed. Print it on plastic or acrylic for durability and display it on tables, at reception, or in rooms.
Can I use a PIX QR code on a digital menu or storefront?
Yes. The generated PIX QR code follows the Central Bank static EMV standard and can be printed on menus, banners, storefronts and packaging. For fixed-amount charges, use the "PIX with Amount" tab and enter the value, the customer only needs to confirm payment in the app.
