建築は、AIが「すごい」から「仕事に使える」へ変わるジャンルです。ただし条件があります。プロンプトが様式ではなく素材を書きはじめることです。modern cozy living room では、カタログにあるような平凡な部屋しか出てきません。exposed concrete wall, beige linen sofa, light oak table と書けば、撮影されたかのような部屋になります。

この記事では、50のプロンプトを8つの空間に分けて紹介します。リビング、キッチン、寝室、浴室、書斎、外観、店舗、屋外です。すべて素材、家具、光の時間帯、画角まで指定済みです。説得力のあるレンダーとストックフォトめいた絵を分けているのは、この4つです。

プロンプトの前に、まず語彙です。最も差がつくのに、ほとんどのリストが扱っていない部分です。プロンプト全般の組み立て方については、 AIプロンプトの書き方ガイド に全体の構成をまとめてあります。

様式より素材が効く理由

modern、contemporary、cozy、elegant といった様式名は、範囲が広すぎます。モデルは modern living room と名付けられた画像を何百万枚も見ており、その平均はまさに、あなたが千回見たことのある無個性な部屋です。

素材はその逆です。名前ひとつが、特定の見え方に対応しています。打ちっぱなしコンクリートには型枠の跡があり、光を吸います。ブラッシュド真鍮は光を拡散して返します。リネンはしわが寄り、不規則な折り目をつくります。カラカッタ大理石は白地に灰色の脈が走ります。素材を名指しするとき、あなたは様式ではなく、各面で光がどうふるまうかを書いているのです。

次に重要なのが時間帯です。夕方は低く差す暖かい光と長い影を生み、空間を居心地よく見せます。正午は硬く垂直な光で、すべてを平坦にします。曇りの日は均一な拡散光になり、仕上げ材の実際の色を見せるのに向きます。時間帯を選ぶことは、画面全体の空気を選ぶことです。

💡 手早い確認方法： プロンプトに書いた素材の数を数えてみてください。3つ未満なら平凡な絵になります。4〜6個が、個性のある空間になる範囲です。

建築プロンプトの構成

以下のプロンプトは、すべて同じ順序の5ブロックでできています。最初のひとつを差し替えるだけで、技術的な質を保ったまま別の空間になります。

1. 空間の種類

リビング、オープンキッチン、主寝室、住宅の外観。具体的に書いてください。island kitchen と galley kitchen では、まったく違う間取りが出てきます。

2. 素材と仕上げ

3〜6個、名前で。床、主役となる壁、天板または見せ場の家具、金物。最も多くの視覚情報を運ぶブロックです。

3. 家具と要素

空間を決める2〜3点を、それぞれの素材とともに。10個も並べないでください。物が多い空間は、視覚的な散らかりになります。

4. 光と時間帯

光がどこから来るか、何時ごろか、自然光か人工光か。diffuse late afternoon natural light entering through the window on the right の一文だけで、どんなレンダーもよくなります。

5. 画角と仕上げ

引きの画、一点透視、目線の高さ、広角レンズ。最後は photorealistic architectural render か editorial interior photography で締めます。

建築で効く画角

一点透視。 正面から対称に構え、線が中央に収束します。空間全体を見せられ、秩序が伝わるため、インテリアで最もよく使われる画角です。

斜め45度。 角度をつけて2面の壁を見せます。立体感が出るので、家具を見せたいときに向きます。

目線の高さ。 床から1.6メートルほど。インテリア写真の標準で、空間を実在するものに見せてくれます。高すぎたり低すぎたりするカメラは、レンダーであることを露呈させます。

広角はほどほどに。 狭い空間には広角が要りますが、やりすぎると垂直線が歪みます。wide-angle without vertical distortion と指定してください。

建築用のネガティブプロンプト

いちばん効くのは crooked verticals です。建築では、垂直が出ていない壁こそが画像の信頼性を最も損なう欠陥であり、狭い空間ではモデルが頻繁に間違えます。

実務での使用：越えてはいけない線

AIレンダーは、コンセプトの検討、ムードボード、素材の参考、意図の共有には非常に優れています。実施設計ではありませんし、そのように提示すべきものでもありません。

生成画像は実寸を守らず、構造も設備も法規も考慮せず、施工上ありえない納まりを含むことがあります。クライアントとの打ち合わせで視覚的な参考として使うのは正当ですし、生産的でもあります。ただし、それが表現の検討であって、実際に建つものの再現ではないと明確にしておくことが条件です。工事で実現しないものを絵で約束するのは、信頼を失う最短の道です。

よくある失敗

  1. 素材ではなく様式を書く。 modern はあらゆるものの平均です。exposed concrete with form marks は具体的です。
  2. 時間帯を決めない。 書かなければ光は平坦になり、空間から空気が失われます。
  3. 物を詰め込む。 家具を10個並べれば、視覚的な散らかりになります。3〜4点で十分です。
  4. カメラの高さを書かない。 カメラが高すぎるレンダーは、模型のように見えます。
  5. 広角を効かせすぎる。 垂直線が歪み、作り物であることが露呈します。
  6. 相性の悪い様式を混ぜる。 インダストリアルとボヘミアンを同じプロンプトに入れると、まとまりのない折衷になります。
  7. 看板や外観に文字を入れさせる。 たいてい歪んで出てきて、画像全体を台無しにします。

生成したあとの使い道

配色を抜き出す。 インテリアの仕事をしている人にとって、最も価値のある使い方です。レンダーから 色を抽出 ば、ムードボードの作成、塗料の指定、同じ案件の各室の統一に使える正確な色コードが手に入ります。組み合わせの仕組みを知りたい場合は、 色彩理論 が参考になります。

ポートフォリオ用に整える。 高解像度のレンダーは非常に重く、サイトの表示速度を落とします。WebPへの変換は 変換 、公開前の軽量化は 圧縮 を使ってください。

プレゼン資料をそろえる。 複数の空間を1枚にまとめるなら、 サイズ変更 で寸法をそろえ、 画像の切り抜き で比率を統一できます。

資料を守る。 契約前にクライアントへ検討案を渡すなら、 ウォーターマーク追加 は手軽な予防策になります。

💡 ムードボードのコツ： 同じ空間で素材だけを差し替え、光と画角は完全に固定したまま3案を生成してください。並べて比較できるほうが、互いに無関係な3枚よりずっとクライアントの役に立ちます。

空間の色コードを正確に取り出せます。ムードボードの作成、塗料の指定、案件全体の統一に使えます。

よくある質問

AIレンダーをクライアントへの提案に使えますか？
表現の検討、ムードボード、素材の参考としてなら使えますし、非常によく機能します。実際に建つものの再現としては使えません。生成画像は実寸を守らず、構造も設備も考慮せず、施工上ありえない納まりを含むことがあります。健全な使い方は、これが設計図ではなく視覚的な意図であると明確にしておくことです。実施設計のレンダーとして見せれば、工事が満たせない期待を生むことになります。
レンダーで壁が傾いてしまうのはなぜですか？
垂直線の歪みは室内で最も多い欠陥で、原因はたいてい2つです。ひとつは、条件をつけずに広角を指定すること。画角が広すぎると、フレームの端で壁が倒れます。もうひとつは、カメラの高さを宣言しないこと。モデルが傾いたアングルを選んでしまいます。対処は eye level, plumb verticals, wide-angle without distortion と指定し、ネガティブプロンプトに crooked verticals を入れることです。
レンダーではなく実写に見せるには？
レンダーであることを露呈させるのは3つです。整いすぎた空間、均一すぎる照明、そして現実にはありえない高さのカメラ。あえて崩してください。しわの寄った寝具、ソファに投げ出したブランケット、天板の上の生活用品。均質な照明ではなく、向きのはっきりした主光源を決めます。そしてカメラは目線の高さに固定します。3D render ではなく editorial interior photography と書くだけでも、結果はその方向に寄ります。
素材はいくつ書けばいいですか？
4〜6個が最もうまくいく範囲です。3個未満だと、AIが学習データの平均で埋めてしまい、平凡な空間になります。6〜7個を超えると素材どうしが張り合いはじめ、注目を奪い合う面が増えて、まとまりを失います。実践的な配分は、床、主役の壁、見せ場の家具ひとつ、金物ひとつ、布ひとつです。
同じ空間のバリエーションは作れますか？
作れますし、クライアントワークでは最も生産的な使い方です。プロンプト全体をそのままにして、素材のブロックだけを差し替えてください。同じ用途、同じ光、同じ画角で、仕上げだけが違う状態です。シードを固定できるツールなら、案どうしで構図がほぼ揃うため、専門外の人にも並べて比べやすくなります。
AIは平面図や断面図を作れますか？
平面図や断面図に見える画像は作れますが、それは技術図面ではありません。寸法は整合せず、寸法線は架空のものになりがちで、構法の理屈も守られていません。コンセプトの挿絵やプレゼンのグラフィックとしては使えますが、設計図書としては決して使えません。本物の技術図面には、いまもCADかBIMが必要です。
